Live Tracking is a tracking platform linked to Simpliroute. It allows you to notify your clients about the status of their orders via text messages (SMS) or Email.
Your clients may receive these notifications:
- When the order is scheduled
- When the driver is on the way
- When the order has been delivered
- When the delivery has failed
Each stop has an ID number that can be tracked on the following link:
Using the tracking ID, your clients will be able to see their order status. You can also insert a link to the status in the notification. Your clients will see the following information:
