Live Tracking is a tracking platform linked to Simpliroute. It allows you to notify your clients about the status of their orders via text messages (SMS) or Email.  

Your clients may receive these notifications:

  1. When the order is scheduled
  2. When the driver is on the way
  3. When the order has been delivered
  4. When the delivery has failed

Each stop has an ID number that can be tracked on the following link:
https://tracking.simpliroute.com/

Using the tracking ID, your clients will be able to see their order status. You can also insert a link to the status in the notification. Your clients will see the following information:
