Now observations chosen by your drivers in the app can be added to the email notifications.  

First, you have to make sure you have Observations created in your account. They can be created in the Mobile app tab in the Settings menu.

Then, go to the message editor in the Communication tab.

The Observations tag can only be inserted in the Successful Order and Failed Order events. This is when the driver chooses the observation from a drop-down list in the app.

Click on the pencil to the right of the event you want to edit and select the Email tab. 

Create your message and insert the VisitObservation tag. The observation will be automatically included in the email.
