To edit email messages, click on the Email tab. You will preview your message below as you type it.
You can also insert three elements in your messages by clicking on the tags below the message field:
TrackingUrl: insert the link to see the order details.
Notes: insert the notes you have for every client when you create routes (Notes column in the spreadshseet). This way you can customize message for every client.
Comments: you can add the comments that your drivers leave in that stop. This is only available for two events: delivered and undelivered order.
