Can I connect multiple accounts to the extension?

At the moment, it's not possible to connect multiple accounts simultaneously. However, what you can do is switch the connected account using different tokens as needed.


Which languages is the extension available in?

The extension is currently available in Spanish, English and Portguese. 🌎.


Do I need a specific plan to use the extension?

No, all SimpliRoute SimpliRoute users 🚀can use the extension regardless of their plan — all they need is their user token 🔑. That's the only requirement to use our extension.


Is there any charge for using this extension?

There is no charge associated with using the extension ❌💰. You just need to have an active plan on SimpliRoute.


I already sent some visits and now want to add more for the same date. How can I do that?

We recommend doing it from a tab that does not include the visits you already sent. If you send a tab that contains previously sent visits, they will be duplicated and must be manually discarded in Step 2: Visits of our route planner 🗺️.
