🌐 Web platform: Cache, Cookies

Your web browser uses certain temporary files to facilitate loading SimpliRoute, sometimes these can cause problems.

Temporary browser files are data stored in the cache from the first time you visit a web page. This is done to help pages load faster the next time you view them.

Sometimes these files can cause certain web application functions to load incorrectly, so it's a good idea to consider how to delete them.


Clear cache 🌐

You can follow the steps below in sequence to quickly clear the web page cache:

  1. Sign out of SimpliRoute.

  2. Clear your browser cache (In Chrome press Ctrl + Shift + R).

  3. Log in again to SimpliRoute 🚀.


Delete Cookies 🍪

  1. Open Chrome on your computer 💻.

  2. Press the three-dot button in the upper right corner of the browser

  3. Press the Delete browsing data option...

  4. Choose a time range, such as Last hour or All time, select the temporary data to delete and finally press Delete data.

🍪 If you have a Google Account open in Chrome, and you delete cookies, you won't be logged out.
