Temporary browser files are data stored in the cache from the first time you visit a web page. This is done to help pages load faster the next time you view them.
Sometimes these files can cause certain web application functions to load incorrectly, so it's a good idea to consider how to delete them.
Clear cache 🌐
You can follow the steps below in sequence to quickly clear the web page cache:
Sign out of SimpliRoute.
Clear your browser cache (In Chrome press Ctrl + Shift + R).
Log in again to SimpliRoute 🚀.
Delete Cookies 🍪
Open Chrome on your computer 💻.
Press the three-dot button in the upper right corner of the browser
Press the Delete browsing data option...
Choose a time range, such as Last hour or All time, select the temporary data to delete and finally press Delete data.
🍪 If you have a Google Account open in Chrome, and you delete cookies, you won't be logged out.
