Activate GPS sending: If you deactivate this option, you will also deactivate the sending of GPS data from cell phones. If your vehicle has GPS or if you have a third-party GPS provider, you can disable this option.

Optional or mandatory reasons: This option forces your drivers to select an observation/matter when checking out. It is the same option that you find in the mobile Settings tab.

Maximum distance (KM). You can set a limit on the number of linear kilometers that you want your vehicles to travel. Visits further than this distance will appear as “too far from the warehouse”.

Vehicle recharge time (MIN). Here you can set a recharge time for the vehicles in your warehouse between routes in order to improve delivery time.
