Visit Title: customer name or delivery identifier. Required field.
Address: delivery point address. It must be written in a clean format to avoid geocoding issues. See the article š Visits: Addresses and Coordinates for more details. Required field.
Latitude and Longitude: coordinates of the delivery point. Useful for rural areas or locations that are hard to geocode from text.
Reference ID: alphanumeric code to identify the delivery (e.g., invoice number or customer code).
Notes: additional information about the delivery, visible to the driver in the mobile app.
Contact Person: name of the person who will receive the visit.
Phone: customer contact number. Visible to the driver and usable in automatic notifications.
